Sherlone Frondala is the actual Supervisor in charge of the administration in Haiti. She works closely with the committee in diaspora. Her job is to make sure that all employees perform their task daily, supervise the building and assure that the institution is functioning properly.
She is responsible for the day to day operation and the well-being of our children. She also represents the orphanage before the local and national authorities. She serves in the capacity of liaison between parents and the institution. She has under his supervision a staff of 23 employees.
