“The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy” Ps. 126:6
It seems like yesterday, that the Redemption Baptist Church was started in that little shopping center, right across Wal-Mart at NW 3rd Ave. From the beginning to the present, the Lord has never left us.
We have seen Him at work in every aspect of that congregation. His powerful hand carries us through the toughest times of our existence. Indeed, Christ is the Shepherd of that flock!
We praise God for keeping us together, providing for our needs, and walking with us for the past 18 years. By his grace, we are marching on hand in hand until He calls us all home.
We pray that the members of the church continue to exhibit genuine relationship to God and toward each other. Let the atmosphere of love and warmth be contagious in our midst and in our community at large.
Happy Anniversary to all the members and friends of the Redemption Baptist Church!
