R.B.C. Board Members<\/h3>\n

“Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multiple of counselors they are established” (Prov.15: 22). At the Redemption Baptist Church we believe in team leadership. We value the counsel of our advisors, even when it runs counter to our opinions, for we believe that \u201ctruth emerges from the clash of ideas.<\/p>\n

The Executive Committee of the church is composed of a group of people representing the different departments of our administration. They are responsible to plan the affairs of the church before bringing them to the congregation for final decisions. They serve in many capacities around the church. They are elected on the ground of merit because of their performance and faithfulness in the advancement of the work of Christ.<\/p>\n
